dude when jacky was first released she had such a fast unload speed she deserves A tier in my opinion

Although Jacky was quite strong (Probably the best brawler at the time), it would be very hard for her to compete against some of the brawlers from the S and A tier categories.

July 2019 would like to speak about Shelly

Bandaid shelly was definitely good, but with everyone being at their strongest state, bandaid won't help that much and is not as good since it would be hard to get close to enemies and shelly was only good because of bandaid and even then she can still get countered fairly easily. Though not useless (c tier) it is outshined by mechanics of other broken brawlers.

Rosa needs a tier of her own, she was basically immortal in her prime, eve S is also kinda an overstatement, id put it at A, shes strong but not gamebreaking op

I put eve at the bottom of S since her mechanics are really strong being the only brawler to go on water, an extremely long range + 2nd star power (in dev build before nerf) makes her s tier (Banned in power league most of the time). Rosa definitely is s tier however what made her op was the super and strong star power and gadget. She can definitely compete but remember she doesn't have trait and she still wasn't the best in every single gamemode like bounty in heist (Though very strong) but it is a fair point haha.

There was a cheeky twist too lol. The super only crashed people using IOS and not Android so you could use gene on an android device with a team and pretty much win if they had IOS lol.

Bro dynamike autoaim 100% super hit shot meta right before global release was the craziest. Surely an S tier for Mike

In a way yes, but dynas shots are one of the easiest to juke and he struggles if anyone is close to him and struggles against any long range. Even then there were other brawlers that were better than him in that specific meta.

I'd put both Jacky and especially Amber higher. Amber was pure murder when released.

I have amber at the top of a tier since yes you are right but there were more broken brawlers then amber if you include every update. Jacky is good but again compared to a and s tier brawlers is outshined overall.

Bo was only decent in 2 metas: 2017 Bo (Portrait) with 4 mines and Super Totem Bo+ Nani. However, compared to most of the other brawlers he was strong but not really broken and is outshined by most of the other brawlers.

Also Beta was June 2017 - December 2018

The thing with edgar was he is one of those brawlers who is really good at low trophies, but struggles at high level. (Other examples are like Shelly, Jessie, Penny, Bo). There hasn't really been a meta where edgar has been great (Good at best) and compared to most others will struggle.

Neither. Mr P was good upon release but his best was Season 1 of Power League with the op 2nd gadget and strong porters. (Had to ban every time)
